Mobilization Notice. ’/”Call out Notice’’ means any communications sent by Company to Contractor, subsequent to issue of the LOA, asking the latter to mobilize the required equipment, materials at Location/ Wellsite by the date specified therein. Contractor shall be required to mobilize all required Goods, Contractor’s Personnel and/or Contractor’s Equipment within the agreed period from the date of issue of Mobilization Notice/ Call out Notice by Company.

  • The Day Rate for a Contractor Personnel, as specified in the ‘Schedule of Rates’, shall apply on per Day basis when the personnel is available at the specified Wellsite for performing services in accordance with Company’s Call Out Notice/ Mobilization Notice.

  • A period of up to 15 Days shall be available to Contractor to complete mobilization from the date of issue of Mobilization Notice by Company.

  • Upon completion of Mobilization, a statement stating that Mobilization has been completed in accordance with the requirements of the Mobilization Notice & terms of the Contract and giving details of the equipment, vehicles and personnel mobilized, signed by Contractor Representative, will be made available to Company for acceptance of Engineer-in-Charge.
