Mobile Rights definition

Mobile Rights means the right to transmit or otherwise distribute or exploit the Programme(s) or any part thereof via wireless telecommunication systems (including without limitation UMTS networks) utilising any form of technology (whether digital, analogue or otherwise and whether utilising radio, infra-red or optical communication frequencies or otherwise) for transmitting data (including without limitation text, graphics, sound recordings and films) for reception by mobile devices, personal digital assistants and other so-called wireless device.
Mobile Rights means the right to distribute, publish, sell or exploit Subject Matter over all mobile devices based on WAP, SMS, IVR and/or Ring Back Tone (XXX) technology.
Mobile Rights means all rights in respect of the exploitation of the Feed or any other material of any kind relating to the Event, including without limitation audio, visual and/or audio-visual and/or text commentary and/or scoring and/or reporting and/or summary and/or data and/or results services and/or animation, simulation, or other representations of the Event by means of WAP, EDGE UMTS, 1-MODE, SMS, 1G, 2G, 2.5G, 3G, 4G and 5G and any and all other services delivered by any means of mobile telephony device or communication device now known or hereafter developed.

More Definitions of Mobile Rights

Mobile Rights means a limited grant of the Cross Platform Rights namely the right to communicate the Programme on mobile phones on a streaming basis, whether on an on-demand or basis or otherwise.

All Gross Receipts are the sole and exclusive property of CPT, subject only to Licensor’s contractual entitlements pursuant to Section 12 hereof.
Mobile Rights means the delivery or access to the audio video content for reception and viewing in an intelligible form on a Mobile Device where the communication link(s) used in such delivery comprises, at least in part, Mobile Communications Technology and/or Mobile Broadcast Technology.

  • Use Rights means the license terms and terms of service for each Product published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time. The Use Rights supersede the terms of any end user license agreement that accompanies a Product. License terms for all Products are published in the Product Terms.
