Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Service definition

Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Service means the Wireless Device check scanning and check image transmission service described in and provided under the terms of this Agreement.

  • The Account gives you access to the Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Service (“MRDC”).

  • You agree to notify us immediately in the event you become aware of or suspect any errors in connection with your use of the Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Service.

  • That, in turn, leads to an inquiry of what specific conduct, promises, and situations each class member actually experienced, because their labor obviously could not have been “compelled” by means of conduct they never personally experienced or became aware of.

  • You agree that check images transmitted using the Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Service and the funds represented by the checks are not subject to the funds availability requirements of Reg CC.

  • Such alternative means will be governed by the terms of the agreement governing your Mobile RDC Account or Mobile RDC Card, as applicable, and not by the terms of the Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Service.

  • By following our procedures for the transmission of check images through the Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Service and otherwise furnishing information necessary to execute Service transactions, you authorize us to credit deposits to your Mobile RDC Account or load funds to your Mobile RDC Card, as applicable, as provided in the terms of this Agreement.

  • If any Service Account is enrolled for or used in connection with any remote deposit capture service we offer, other than the Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Service, we may disqualify that Service Account as a Mobile RDC Account that may be used in connection with the Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Service.

  • Fire Service means any deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to extinguish a fire or perform any preventative measure in an effort to protect equipment, life, or property in an area threatened by fire. It also includes the deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to provide fire suppression, rescue, extrication, and any other services related to fire and rescue as may occasionally occur.

  • Mobile Banking Service means the EB Services which we enable you to access via the Mobile Banking App or a web browser designed for use on a Mobile Device; and

  • Capture system means all equipment (including, but not limited to, hoods, ducts, fans, booths, ovens, dryers, etc.) that contains, collects, and transports an air pollutant to a control device.

  • Internet Banking means the service we offer by which you can access and transact on a nominated account by using a personal computer and accessing via our website. This includes transactions processed through the mobile banking facility as well as the smartphone app facility.

  • Remote Terminal or "RT" means a cabinet, vault or similar structure at an intermediate point between the End User Customer and CenturyLink's Central Office, where Loops are aggregated and hauled to the Central Office or Serving Wire Center using LCM. A Remote Terminal may contain active electronics such as digital loop carriers, fiber hubs, DSLAMs, etc.

  • Personal care services means both physical assis- tance and/or prompting and supervising the performance of direct personal care tasks as determined by the resident's needs and does not include assistance with tasks performed by a licensed health professional.

  • Failed Bank Charge-Offs/Write-Downs means, with respect to any Shared- Loss Asset, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of reversals or charge-offs of Accrued Interest and charge-offs and write-downs of principal effected by the Failed Bank with respect to that Shared-Loss Asset as reflected on the Accounting Records of the Failed Bank.

  • Remote access means that inspection can be made without the need to physically visit the courthouse where the court record is maintained.

  • Core Services means the services described in the Main Agreement that BNYM is obligated to perform for Company (for clarification: excluding the products and services provided pursuant to this Schedule C).
