Mobile Payment Service definition

Mobile Payment Service means the ability to perform Point-of-Sale Transactions using a mobile device.
Mobile Payment Service means the service provided by a Mobile Payment Service Provider from time to time which enables contactless payments to be made with a Card stored on a Mobile Device;
Mobile Payment Service means a payment service facilitated by a device app which allows you to enlist cards and make payments or facilitate other transactions using a device and to receive notifications and details of transactions made using the device.

  • I will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or make error corrections to any part of the Mobile Payment Service, and I will not use any part of the Mobile Payment Service to gain access to interconnecting software applications to do the same.

  • I acknowledge the receipt of a true copy of this Agreement or a previous version signed by me upon initiation of the PIN based Debit Card service or Mobile Payment Service and that this Agreement does not require signature by my Credit Union.

Mobile Payment Service means the service of electronic payment offered by Mobile Payment Service Provider using Mobile Device; and

  • payment service means any business activity set out in Annex I;

The outplacement services shall be made available until the earlier of (i) such time as the aggregate cost to the Employer of the outplacement services reaches the maximum amount specified on the first page of the Agreement, and (iii) the date on which the Executive obtains another full-time job. The Employer will not pay the Executive cash in lieu of professional outplacement services.

  • Settlement Service as defined in Subsection 11.6(b).

  • Replacement Service Provider means any third party service provider appointed to perform the Services by the Purchaser from time to time.

  • Payment Initiation Service Provider or “PISP” means an authorised third party provider which provides a service that allows that third party to pass payment instructions to us on your behalf in relation to your Account.

  • Inpatient services means services provided to you as an admitted inpatient in a recognised private or public hospital for treatment that is in an included clinical category, has a Medicare item number allocated and a Medicare benefit is payable.
