Mobile Device means a computing device, typically smaller than a notebook, which runs a mobile operating system, such as iOS, Android, or Windows Phone. Mobile Devices include smart phones, most tablets, and other form factors.
Cathodic protection means a technique designed to prevent the corrosion of a metal surface by making that surface the cathode of an electrochemical cell. For example, protection can be accomplished with an impressed current system or a galvanic anode system.
Electronic device technology means any technology that involves microelectronics, semiconductors, electronic equipment, and instrumentation, radio frequency, microwave, and millimeter electronics; optical and optic-electrical devices; or data and digital communications and imaging devices.
Cathodic protection tester means a person who can demonstrate an understanding of the principles and measurements of all common types of cathodic protection systems as applied to buried or submerged metal piping and tank systems. At a minimum, such persons must have education and experience in soil resistivity, stray current, structure-to-soil potential, and component electrical isolation measurements of buried metal piping and tank systems.
Interoperability means the ability of a Qwest OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response. Devices means any and all devices owned or purchased from time to time by Party A and utilized for the purposes of the provision of the Services.
Source Protection Plan means a drinking water source protection plan prepared under the Clean Water Act, 2006;
mobile plant means any machinery, appliance or other similar device that is able to move independently, and Is used for the purpose of performing construction work on a construction site;
Fire Protection means all aspects of fire safety including but not limited to fire prevention, fire fighting or suppression, pre-fire planning, fire investigation, public education and information, training or other staff development and advising.
Treatment works means any devices and systems used in storage, treatment, recycling, and reclamation of municipal sewage and industrial wastes, of a liquid nature to implement section 201 of the Act, or necessary to recycle reuse water at the most economic cost over the estimated life of the works, including intercepting sewers, sewage collection systems, pumping, power and other equipment, and alterations thereof; elements essential to provide a reliable recycled supply such as standby treatment units and clear well facilities, and any works, including site acquisition of the land that will be an integral part of the treatment process or is used for ultimate disposal of residues resulting from such treatment.
Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.
Mobile means any mobile delivery technology including 3G, 3.5G, 4G, 5G cellular technology, and any subsequent generation technology, edge, DVBH or DMB which is or may be used with radio frequency spectrum in any band, to enable or facilitate transmission of textual material, data, voice, video and/or multimedia service to any device (whether now known or hereafter developed) which is capable of receiving and/or sending voice and/or data and/or video communications by means of a device which is designed primarily as a portable device.
MFN Protection has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(e)(iii).
Mobile Application means a specialized software program downloaded onto a wireless communication device.
Technology protection measure means a specific technology that blocks or filters Internet access to visual depictions that are:
Connectivity means the provision of a Permanent Separated Bicycle Lane system that reflects desired routes between all major origins and destinations in the city.
Protective device means an individually fabricated mechanical device or physical barrier, the use of which is incorporated in the individualized written plan of service. The use of a protective device is intended to prevent the minor child from causing serious self-injury associated with documented, frequent, and unavoidable hazardous events.
Accessibility means the ability for persons served to enter, approach, communicate with, or make use of the services of an agency, including but not limited to the need for bilingual staff, minority-specific programming, staffing patterns that reflect community demographics and adequacy of hours of operation.
Data Protection means the implementation of appropriate administrative, technical or physical means to guard against unauthorized intentional or accidental disclosure, modification, or destruction of data.
Adaptable means constructed in compliance with the technical design standards of the Barrier Free Subcode, N.J.A.C. 5:23-7.
Vehicle protection product means a vehicle protection device, system, or service that is:
compatibility means compatibility as defined in point (10) of Article 2 of Directive (EU) 2019/770;
Mobile telecommunications service means the same as that term is defined in Section 124(7) of Public Law 106-252 (Mobile Telecommunications Sourcing Act).
single-use device means a device that is intended to be used on an individual patient during a single procedure.
Procurement Code means §13-1-101, et seq., XXXX 0000, as amended and supplemented from time to time.
Paycheck Protection Program means loan program created by Section 1102 of the CARES Act.
