Mobile Data Services definition

Mobile Data Services means the Mobile Services under which the Supplier supplies the Buyer with Airtime enabling the Buyer to transfer data on the Network;
Mobile Data Services means the Mobile Services under which O2 supplies the Customer with Airtime enabling the Customer to transfer data on the Network;
Mobile Data Services. The data-specific circuit switched service and cellular digital packet data services offered and marketed by GTE Mobilnet from time to time as GTE Mobilnet's Mobile Data Services offering, which may be provided by GTE Mobilnet directly or indirectly through other carriers. When the context of this Agreement so indicates, Mobile Data Services refers to data transmission services competitive to any of GTE Mobilnet's Mobile Data Services.

  • For its own account, Business Representative may sell, license and/or lease Applications to be used by Customers of GTE Mobilnet's Mobile Data Services.

  • GTE Mobilnet shall from time to time establish standards for all advertising, signage, promotional and Customer training materials used or distributed by Business Representative which relate to GTE Mobilnet's Mobile Data Services.

  • When properly completed and signed by the Customer, the CSA shall constitute an offer by the Customer to purchase from GTE Mobilnet the Mobile Data Services set forth therein.

Mobile Data Services shall refer to data services and applications based on Party A's mobile telecom network.

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) means Commercial Mobile Radio Service, As Defined in the Act and FCC rules.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) is an Enhanced Service Provider that provides Internet Services, and is defined in paragraph 341 of the FCC’s First Report and Order in CC Docket No. 97-158.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;
