Mobile Call definition

Mobile Call. A call to the customer of a third party provider in the Republic of Ireland which offers services to customers using electronic communications equipment designed to be used while in motion.
Mobile Call a Call to an Operator Customer using a mobile handset if the Operator Customer using mobile terminal apparatus would receive that Call by means of wireless telegraphy if the handset was switched on and within range of a base transceiver station forming part of the Operator System unless:

More Definitions of Mobile Call

Mobile Call means any Customer Call where the number dialed by the calling party is a Mobile Number.
