Mobile Access definition

Mobile Access means accessing online services through the use of a Device.
Mobile Access is the web-based application, similar to Member Access, but designed for mobile screen viewing. It is used by members and their authorized users to sign on to Online Services on their mobile devices.

Mobile Access. Mobile access is offered as a convenience and supplemental service available as part of Digital Banking. You must download our mobile application or access our mobile interface with your Access Device and then enter your Access Code for Mobile access. Some services may not be available through Mobile access. The Mobile application may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some network carriers and may not be supportable on all Access Devices.

  • Direct access means access to a patient or resident or to a patient's or resident's property, financial information, medical records, treatment information, or any other identifying information.

  • Mobile App means the mobile application provided by Universe Silver in the Apple App Store1 and Google Play Store2 where certain information regarding your Account is available. Standard rates for data and text messaging may apply from your cellular service provider for use of the mobile application.

  • Mobile Device means a computing device, typically smaller than a notebook, which runs a mobile operating system, such as iOS, Android, or Windows Phone. Mobile Devices include smart phones, most tablets, and other form factors.

  • Broadband or “Broadband Service” means any service defined as Broadband, or having advanced telecommunications capability, in the most recent Federal Communications Commission inquiry pursuant to Section 706 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-104).2

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.
