MMRB Program definition

MMRB Program means the Corporation’s Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Bond Program.

  • The Applicant shall agree to execute or cause to be executed all of the MMRB Program Loan Documents required by the Corporation to secure the unconditional payment of the MMRB Loan and to retain the tax-exempt status of the Bonds, if Bonds are issued as Tax-exempt Bonds.

  • Where a Development has been awarded funding under the MMRB Program and a Housing Credit Allocation, failure to pay any fee associated with either the MMRB or Housing Credits, or both, shall result in the termination or default, as applicable, of the MMRB and rescission of the Housing Credit Allocation.

  • Credit Underwriting services shall include a comprehensive analysis of the Applicant, the real estate, the economics of the Development, the ability of the Applicant and the Development team to proceed, and the evidence of need for affordable housing in order to determine that the Development meets the MMRB Program requirements.

  • To the extent that a Development is not otherwise subject to Section 504 and its related regulations, the Development shall nevertheless comply with Section 504 and its related regulations as requirements of the MMRB Program to the same extent as if the Development were subject to Section 504 and its related regulations in all respects.

  • To that end, for purposes of the MMRB Program, an MMRB Loan shall be deemed “Federal financial assistance” within the meaning of that term as used in Section 504 and its related regulations for all Developments.

  • Credit Underwriting services shall include, for example, a comprehensive analysis of the Applicant, the real estate, the economics of the Development, the ability of the Applicant and the Development team to proceed, and the evidence of need for affordable housing in order to determine that the Development meets the MMRB Program requirements.

  • The exceptions to the above provision are: (i) if there is an existing LURA for the Predevelopment Loan (PLP) Program and/or the Elderly Housing Community Loan (EHCL) Program, (ii) if there is an existing LURA for the MMRB Program where no Corporation funding other than PLP and/or EHCL was involved with the original MMRB award, or (iii) if there is an existing EUA for Non-Competitive HC where no Corporation funding other than MMRB, PLP and/or EHCL was involved with the original Non-Competitive HC award.

  • If the current year’s State Bond Allocation designated by the Board of Directors for the MMRB Program is insufficient to fully finance a Development, subject to the provisions of subsection 67-21.003(10), F.A.C., permitting reduction of the requested amount, a new Application must be filed to be eligible for a future year’s State Bond Allocation.

  • Each Applicant will be provided with a final ranking of all Applications and notice of rights, which shall constitute the point of entry to contest any ranking or scoring issue related to any other Applications for the MMRB Program.

Related to MMRB Program

  • Educational program means a program for educating and preparing physician assistants which is approved by the board.

  • Pilot program means the pilot program identified and funded through the Funding Agreement and described in that Funding Agreement and its attachments.

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • E-Verify Program above means the employment verification program administered by the United States Department of Homeland Security, the Social Security Administration, or any successor program.

  • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education, and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

  • Number of Students Who Began Program means the number of students who began the program who are scheduled to complete the program within the reporting calendar year.

  • Program means the statutorily authorized activities of the System Agency under which this Contract has been awarded.

  • Number of Students Who Began the Program means the number of students who began a program who were scheduled to complete the program within 100% of the published program length within the reporting calendar year and excludes all students who cancelled during the cancellation period.

  • Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.

  • WOSB Program Repository means a secure, Web-based application that collects, stores, and disseminates documents to the contracting community and SBA, which verify the eligibility of a business concern for a contract to be awarded under the WOSB Program.

  • Loan Program means the State Treasurer’s Interest-Free Loan Program for Colorado School Districts authorized pursuant to the Loan Program Statutes.

  • Prescription monitoring program means the electronic system within the Department of Health Professions that monitors the dispensing of certain controlled substances.

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier. Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due. A Party shall also be deemed in Default upon such Party’s insolvency or the initiation of bankruptcy or receivership proceedings by or against the Party or the failure to obtain or maintain any certification(s) or authorization(s) from the Commission which are necessary or appropriate for a Party to exchange traffic or order any service, facility or arrangement under this Agreement, or notice from the Party that it has ceased doing business in this State or receipt of publicly available information that signifies the Party is no longer doing business in this State.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
