Examples of MLS Compilation in a sentence
A Participant shall not cause or permit the distribution of MLS Compilation, as a whole or in part, or any other manifestation of the MLS Compilation to any individual or entity other than the Subscribers affiliated with the Participant and other than as specifically provided elsewhere in this Article 11.
The MLS Compilation is protected by all applicable intellectual property laws.
Participants, and those persons affiliated as licensees with such Participants, shall be permitted to display the MLS Compilation to prospective purchasers or lessees only in conjunction with their ordinary business activities of attempting to locate ready, willing, and able buyers or lessees for the properties described in said MLS Compilation and to prospective sellers or lessors in conjunction with their ordinary business activities of attempting to list properties for sale or lease.
Nothing contained in this Section12.1 or elsewhere in these Rules and Regulations is intended to convey, nor shall anything herein or therein be deemed to convey, to any individual or entity a right to Participation in the Service or any right of access to any data or information contained in any MLS Compilation where conveyance of such rights or access to such data or information is prohibited or not permitted by applicable law.
Participants/Subscribers have 1 (one) business day to enter the Excluded Property into the MLS Compilation once advertising of the property has begun.
Failure to enter the listing into the MLS Compilation within 1 (one) business day of a property being advertised will be sanctioned the current appropriate sanctions as outlined in Section 7 of the MLS Rules.
MLS must be notified via email (admin@metromls.com) or phone (414.778.5400) of any changes to the status of an excluded property, including being listed as part of the MLS Compilation.
Section 11.1 All right, title, and interest in each copy of every MLS Compilation* created and copyrighted by HiCentral MLS, Ltd., and in the copyrights therein, shall at all times remain vested in HiCentral MLS, Ltd.
A Participant and the Subscribers affiliated with it shall be permitted to display non-confidential fields within the MLS Compilation data and other manifestations of the MLS Compilation to a bona fide prospective purchaser or lessee of a Listed Property, but only in the ordinary course of the business of the Participant and its affiliated Subscribers in their efforts to locate ready, willing and able buyers or lessees for the Listed Property.
Each Participant agrees to hold the Service harmless against any liability arising from any inaccuracy or inadequacy of the Listing Content such Participant provides.6.4 Use of Listing Content from the MLS Compilation, from an Association’s or Board's "Statistical Report," or from any "sold" or "comparable" report of an Association or Board or MLS for public mass-media advertising by an MLS Participant or in other public representations may not be prohibited.
