MJDS definition

MJDS means the U.S./Canada Multijurisdictional Disclosure System adopted by the Commission and Canadian securities regulators.

MJDS has the meaning given to it in the fourth paragraph of this Agreement;

• Under MJDS adopted by the United States and Canada, documents and other information that the Corporation files with the SEC may be prepared in accordance with the disclosure requirements of Canada, which are different from those of the United States.
