Mitigation Monitoring Program definition

Mitigation Monitoring Program shall have that meaning set forth in Section 6.06 of this Agreement.
Mitigation Monitoring Program means those certain MND mitigation measures which have been determined by the City to be applicable to the Hotel Project as part of the City Council’s approval of Resolution 2016-1496.
Mitigation Monitoring Program shall have that meaning set forth in Recital D(1) of this Agreement.

Mitigation Monitoring Program means the mitigation monitoring program, described in Volume 3- Technical Provisions, Document 1, Section 11.1.

  • Individual monitoring devices means devices designed to be worn by a single individual for the assessment of dose equivalent.
