Mitigation Measures definition

Mitigation Measures means “mitigation measures” as defined in subsection 2(1) of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012.
Mitigation Measures means the mitigation measures (as defined by CEQA) applicable to the Project as set forth in the MMRP or that are necessary to mitigate adverse environmental impacts identified through the CEQA process as part of a Subsequent Approval.

More Definitions of Mitigation Measures

Mitigation Measures means those feasible measures, actions, or features that are to be incorporated into the Project in order to avoid or substantially reduce the Projects significant impact on the environment.
