Mission Area definition

Mission Area means the designated area of a PSO as described in the PSC mandate.
Mission Area means the following countries of operation of the Mission, where the UN shall require the Operator to provide Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement: [insert countrie(s) where the Mission operates and Operator is required to provide Services].
Mission Area means the Territory of Western Sahara and designated sites in neighbouring countries in which MINURSO is performing any of its func- tions; any reference in this Agreement to the mission area means such sites, main roads and air traffic lanes necessary for the conduct of MINURSO activities as have been identified jointly by the Government of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria and the Special Representative in the Tindouf administrative district;

Related to Mission Area

  • Concession Area means particulars of the area as more particularly described in Form A of West Bengal Minor Minerals (Auction) Rules, 2016.

  • Action area means all areas to be affected directly or indirectly by the Federal action and not merely the immediate area involved in the action (50 CFR 402.02).

  • Production Area means that part of the animal feeding operation that includes the animal confinement area, the manure storage area, the raw materials storage area, and the waste containment areas. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

Each side of the highway is considered separately in applying this definition except that where it is not topographically feasible for a sign or sign structure to be erected or maintained on the same side of the highway as the permanent structure devoted to industrial or commercial purposes, a business area may be established on the opposite side of a primary highway in an area zoned commercial or industrial or in an unzoned area with the approval of the state highway commission. A permanent structure devoted to industrial or commercial purposes does not result in the establishment of a business area on both sides of the highway. All measurements shall be from the outer edge of the regularly used building, parking lot, or storage or processing area of the commercial or industrial activity and not from the property lines of the activities and shall be along or parallel to the edge or pavement of the highway.
