Missing Information definition

Missing Information means information on the payer or the payee as required by Regulation (EU) 2015/847 that has not been provided;
Missing Information means verification, forms, documentation or other information used in determining eligibility for the program, a provider, payment eligibility or the amount of assistance that is absent;
Missing Information is defined in Section 2.10(a).

Examples of Missing Information in a sentence

  • Within 5 business days of receipt of such notice and due diligence materials, CCIC and Buyer shall inform Powertel and Sellers in writing as to whether in their reasonable judgment there are any Defects or Missing Information which may affect adversely the value, ownership, operation or use of the Additional Sites by CCIC and Buyer in a material way.

  • Except as set forth on Schedule 6.2(f) and except as may be reasonably necessary to remedy any Defective Sites or supply any Missing Information, none of Powertel, the Sellers or their respective Affiliates is currently investigating or remediating any Environmental Condition in connection with any of the Assets.

  • CCIC and Buyer have completed their due diligence review of such sites in all respects, except that, as indicated on Schedule 1.3, certain information regarding title and environmental matters has not yet been provided to or reviewed by Buyer or CCIC (the "Missing Information").

  • Missing Information as to the Additional Sites shall generally be consistent with, and conform to, the kinds and materiality of the Missing Information otherwise contained on Schedule 1.3; Defects as to the Additional Sites shall generally be consistent with, and conform to, the kinds and materiality of the Defects described in the penultimate sentence of Section 2.10(c).

  • Xxxxxxx shall have [***] following receipt of the Final Report to notify MeiraGTx in writing if Xxxxxxx in good faith believes that any information is missing from the Final Report (a “Missing Information Notice”), which Missing Information Notice shall identify with reasonable detail such required information that Xxxxxxx believes is missing.

You must check all Data received by you on the ERP Platform in connection with the ERP Linked Services. If any such Data is incorrect or omit anything it should include, you should inform us in writing immediately.(d) You acknowledge that processing of any Electronic Instructions received via the ERP Linked Services is subject to successful receipt of such Electronic Instruction by us from the ERP Provider. We shall have no responsibility or liability where you submit any Electronic Instruction through the ERP Platform but such Electronic Instruction is not successfully received by us.(e) Receipt by us of any Electronic Instruction issued or purporting to be issued by you in connection with the ERP Linked Services will constitute full and unconditional authority to us to carry out or act upon that Electronic Instruction, and we shall not be bound to investigate or enquire as to the authenticity of any such Electronic Instruction unless we have received prior written notification from you which casts doubt on its validity.
