Mis-procurement definition

Mis-procurement means public procurement in contravention of any provision of Sindh Public Procurement Act, 2010, any rule, regulation, order or instruction made thereunder or any other law in respect thereof, or relating to, public procurement;
Mis-procurement means public procurement in contravention of any of the provision of this Act or any other law in respect of or relating to public procurement, including any rules, regulations, orders or instructions made in this behalf and for the time being in force;
