Mirror Site definition

Mirror Site means an Internet site that (i) contains the exact form and content of a site, (ii) is located at a geographic location distinct from a site and (iii) is created for the purpose of improving the performance of and accessibility to a site.
Mirror Site means an Internet Site which contains the exact form and content as the MarketWatch Site which (a) is located at a geographic location distinct from the MarketWatch Site and (b) is created for the purpose of improving the performance of and accessibility to the MarketWatch Site. For purposes of clarification, a mirror site may be used only in accordance with the preceding purposes.
Mirror Site means YJC's mirror site(s) in Japan of the Yahoo Service site through which the Yahoo Japan will be made available to YJC Users.
