Minority Investment definition

Minority Investment means any Person (other than a Subsidiary) in which the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary owns Capital Stock.
Minority Investment means any Person (including any joint ventures, limited liability companies or partnerships) other than a Subsidiary in which the Borrowers or any Subsidiary owns any Equity Interests.

More Definitions of Minority Investment

Minority Investment shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 7.6(f).

Minority Investment means any Person in whom any Loan Party owns any Equity Interests to the extent such Person does not constitute a Subsidiary of a Loan Party.
