Minor Works definition

Minor Works has the meaning given to it in paragraph 2.7(a) of Schedule 4 (Persons with Disabilities and Disability Discrimination);

Examples of Minor Works in a sentence

• A Minor Works Contractor is a person, firm or corporation having a direct contract with the Owner to perform the Town’s Work or any portion thereof, or to supply products worked to a special design according to the Agreement, but does not include one who merely supplies products not so worked and does not include one who has a direct contract with a General Contractor.

More Definitions of Minor Works

Minor Works means any works required or permitted to be carried out pursuant to a Relevant Agreement other than Existing Works, Third Party Works or works which are subject to a Proposal for Change in accordance with Part C;
