Minor revision means a change to the permit conditions, including any decrease or increase in staffing requirements or monitoring frequencies, correction of minor errors or typographical mistakes, transfer of a permit to a new owner, extension of compliance dates or construction schedules, deletion of outfalls or discharge points, incorporation of an approved pretreatment program by reference, or authorization of a minor modification to a facility or activity.
