Minor Release definition

Minor Release means an incremental release of Software that provides maintenance fixes and additional Software functions. Cisco designates Minor releases as a change in the tenths digit of the Software version number [x.(x).x].
Minor Release means a minor update or upgrade to the Software (including service releases or bug fixes), identified by Bosch by a change in the second or following digit in the release number (e.g. change from version 2.1 to 2.2 or 2.2.1 to 2.2.2.).
Minor Release means a new release of Software with minor changes in features, functions or performance, often indicated by a version number designated by a higher number one digit to the right of the decimal (e.g., from version X.1 to X.2); and

  • The new Software version which contains the Major Release (“Major Release Version”, Minor Release Versions and Major Release Versions, both a “Version”) may be marked by TeamViewer – in its sole discretion – by a change of the main version number (e.g. version XX, YY).

  • Minor Release Versions may contain the correction of errors, security patches as well as minor improvements of functions (e.g. optimizations in the program execution speed) TeamViewer shall have no obligation to provide Minor Release Versions of the Software.

More Definitions of Minor Release

Minor Release a Release of the Software within a given Major Release that We designate through a respective change in numbering in accordance with our then-current naming convention (e.g. Release 4.2 -> Release 4.3).
