Minor Irregularity definition

Minor Irregularity means an irregularity in a Bid, such that a Bid submission is substantially compliant, and the irregularity affects form rather than substance. The effect on the price, quality, quantity or delivery is not material to the Award. If the irregularity is permitted, the Bidder/Proponent would not gain an unfair advantage over competitors. The Bidder/Proponent will, if any, be allowed time to clarify/correct the submission, only with respect to the Minor Irregularity.
Minor Irregularity means a variation in a term or condition of an Application pursuant to this rule chapter that does not provide a competitive advantage or benefit not enjoyed by other Applicants, and does not adversely impact the interests of the Corporation or the public.
