Minor Errors definition

Minor Errors means any Errors other than Fatal Errors and Major Errors.
Minor Errors. A minor error is meant to point out recommended areas of improvement for the transcriptionist. These errors do not compromise patient safety or the integrity of the report. The primary goal of a minor error designation is instructional.
Minor Errors means a fault or defect which does not render the system in part or whole inoperable and which has the effect of causing minor inconvenience to the user and does not have a material negative impact on the Customer.

More Definitions of Minor Errors

Minor Errors means any Error through which parts of the system or functions fail causing only partial operational impediments. ‘On-Call Maintenance’ means the time during which 9T Labs is available to receive Error Reports as agreed between the Parties in Annex 1 of this Agreement. ‘Reaction time’ means the time from receipt of the Error Report during which 9T Labs contacts the Customer employee who has correctly reported the Error.
Minor Errors means general errors or bug errors that disturbs the game but still allows game functionality. When such bugs are reported to Gravity, Gravity shall fix errors and provide Dream Square with a fix patch at the quickest time possible.

  • Clerical error means a clerical error in the processing of an Order, and includes, but is not limited to, the following: (i) a transmission error, including but not limited to, an Order sent to the wrong address or number, failure to transmit certain pages or illegible transmission, (ii) failure to transmit an Order received from one or more Existing Owners or Potential Owners (including Orders from the Broker-Dealer which were not originated by the Auction Desk) prior to the Broker-Dealer Deadline or generated by the Broker-Dealer’s Auction Desk for its own account prior to the Submission Deadline or (iii) a typographical error. Determining whether an error is a “Clerical Error” is within the reasonable judgment of the Broker-Dealer, provided that the Broker-Dealer has a record of the correct Order that shows it was so received or so generated prior to the Broker-Dealer Deadline or the Submission Deadline, as applicable.

  • Bug means a repeatable phenomenon of unintended events or actions during the running of a Software Device under normal conditions that results in:

  • functionality means the ability of a tenderer to provide goods or services in accordance with specifications as set out in the tender documents.

  • Managed Care Plans means all health maintenance organizations, preferred provider organizations, individual practice associations, competitive medical plans and similar arrangements.

  • Primary protective barrier means the material, excluding filters, placed in the useful beam.
