Ministry Standards definition

Ministry Standards means the requirements of specifications contained in this document and in the Ministry Activity Standards Documents;
Ministry Standards means the references and design standards set out in section 2.1 of this Schedule 1.
Ministry Standards means all standards and specifications referred to or identified in Schedule 4 [Design and Construction] or elsewhere in this Agreement, including the Reference Documents, issued or adopted by the Province as applicable generally to the design, construction of roads, highways, Bridges and related Structures, systems and improvements and/or the demolition of bridges, or specifically to the Project Work or to all or any parts or components of the Project Infrastructure and the Project Site, in each case as at the Effective Date or as subsequently amended or revised after the Effective Date.

  • All employees who are subject to the provisions of this Agreement are required to provide service to the public in accordance with the Mission Statement, our Values statement and the Strategic Directions and to comply with the provisions of the Child and Family Services Act (1984) and Ministry Standards as amended.

  • Minimum requirements for these positions are in accordance with Ministry Standards as per Articles 12.1.2, 12.1.3 and 12.1.4 of the Collective Agreement.

  • Industry Standards means security measures that are commercially reasonable in the information technology industry and that are designed to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of Accenture Data, and to protect against Security Incidents.

  • Petroleum Industry Standards means the Definitions for Oil and Gas Reserves promulgated by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (or any generally recognized successor) as in effect at the time in question.

  • Security Standards means the final rule implementing HIPAA’s Security Standards for the Protection of Electronic PHI, as amended.

  • National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.

  • Reliability Standards means the criteria, standards, rules and requirements relating to reliability established by a Standards Authority.

  • Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification.

  • Privacy Standards means the standards of the privacy of individually identifiable health information, as pursuant to HIPAA.

  • Water quality standards means provisions of state or federal law which consist of a designated use or uses for the waters of the Commonwealth and water quality criteria for such waters based upon such uses. Water quality standards are to protect the public health or welfare, enhance the quality of water and serve the purposes of the State Water Control Law (§ 62.1-44.2 et seq. of the Code of Virginia) and the federal Clean Water Act (33 USC § 1251 et seq.).

  • ICAO means the International Civil Aviation Organization.

  • Accessibility Standards means accessibility standards and specifications for Texas agency and institution of higher education websites and EIR set forth in 1 TAC Chapter 206 and/or Chapter 213.

  • Airworthiness Directive or “AD” means any airworthiness directive issued by the Certificating Authority, in addition to any airworthiness directive issued by the Aeronautics Authority, each to the extent the same is applicable to the Aircraft and/or any Item of Equipment.

  • Technical Standards means the technical standards set out in paragraph 2.5 of the Order Form;

  • Safety Management System has the meaning given to it in the ISM Code.

  • Clean water standards, as used in this clause, means any enforceable limitation, control, condition, prohibition, standard, or other requirement promulgated under the Water Act or contained in a permit issued to a discharger by the Environmental Protection Agency or by a State under an approved program, as authorized by Section 402 of the Water Act (33 U.S.C. § 1342), or by local government to ensure compliance with pre-treatment regulations as required by Section 307 of the Water Act (33 U.S.C. § 1317).

  • Availability Standards has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Clean air standards, as used in this clause, means:

  • Registry System means the system operated by Registry Operator for Registered Names in the Registry TLD.

  • Codes and Standards means all the applicable codes and standards as indicated in the Technical Specification.

  • Air Standards Manager means the Manager, Human Toxicology and Air Standards Section, Standards Development Branch, or any other person who represents and carries out the duties of the Manager, Human Toxicology and Air Standards Section, Standards Development Branch, as those duties relate to the conditions of this Certificate.

  • Design Standards means the standards developed as a requirement of the Programmatic Agreement

  • MARPOL 73/78 means the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships, 1973, as amended by the Protocol of 1978 relating thereto and by any other amendment in force thereafter;

  • safety standard means the Code of Practice for the Wiring of Premises SANS 10142-1 incorporated in the Regulations;

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.
