Mining Rights definition

Mining Rights means all interests in the surface of any lands, the minerals in (or that may be extracted from) any lands, all royalty agreements, water rights, patented and unpatented mining and millsite claims, fee interests, mineral leases, mining licenses, profits-a-prendre, joint ventures and other leases, rights-of-way, inurements, licenses and other rights and interests used by or necessary to mining and related processing operations.
Mining Rights means all mining rights with respect to the Property, and any other applicable mining claim, mining concession, mining lease, mining licence and mining right;
Mining Rights shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 6.1.11.

  • All such Mining Rights and other rights will be sufficient in scope and substance for the operation of each mine then owned or operated by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries or the Greens Creek Joint Venture as they are then operated.

  • This is in particular reference to where such properties will be reduced to a size as a result of the design and where such remaining portions will be in conflict with such zoning criteria; and • Statutory provisions relating to Mining Rights, Proclamations and De-proclamations of Provincial and Municipal Roads, the closure of streets and public places, the existence of Informal Property Rights, Traditional Authorities, etc.

More Definitions of Mining Rights

Mining Rights means prospecting, exploration and mining rights, as applicable, relating to the Material Properties;
Mining Rights means any mining claims, mining leases, mineral claims, mining concessions, mineral concessions, exploration permits or licenses, mining licenses, forms of mineral tenure or other rights to Products or to access and work upon lands, such as ownership and ancillary rights, surface rights, leasing agreements, lands temporal occupation agreements or otherwise, for the purpose of exploring, exploiting or benefiting Products, under the terms of Applicable Laws, whether contractual, statutory or otherwise, or any interest therein whether now owned or hereafter acquired. “Mining Rights” includes any amendments, relocations, adjustments, resurvey, additional locations, consolidation, derived rights or conversions of, or any renewal, replacement, amendment or other modification or extensions of any of the foregoing.
Mining Rights means the mining claims and associated mining exploitation rights, mineral leases, Order-in-Council leases, mining concessions and other mining rights in respect of the Mine Properties, and registered with Governmental Authority in the name of any Hudbay Group Member, together with all other unpatented mining claims and associated mining exploitation rights or claims hereafter owned or held by any Hudbay Group Member.
Mining Rights has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1(p) hereof;
Mining Rights means, without limitation, freehold title, fee title, leases, concessions, patented mining claims and millsites, unpatented mining claims and millsites, prospecting and exploration rights, mining and mineral rights, in respect of the Material Properties, or other conventional property or proprietary interests or rights, recognized in the jurisdiction in which the Material Properties are located.
Mining Rights includes mineral rights and the right to conduct Mining Operations on the Property and further includes the meanings and rights attributed to Mining Rights under the Mining Act;
