Examples of Mining Operations in a sentence
During the currency of the Option, the Optionee shall have the sole and exclusive right to enter on and conduct the Mining Operations on the Property as the Optionee in its sole discretion may decide.
Any failure or delay on the part of any party in the performance of its obligation or duties hereunder shall be excused to the extent attributable to Force Majeure as defined in the Act: Provided, That the suspension of Mining Operations due to Force Majeure causes shall be subject to approval by the Director.
It is the objective of each of the Parties hereto that the Mining Operations shall be carried out in a manner that is consistent with the continuing economic and social viability of centers of population that have formed and which may form as a result of such operations during the term of this Agreement.
The Parties recognise that any licence or other authority to undertake Mining Operations can only be granted in accordance with the provisions of the Mineral Resources (Sustainable Development) Act 1990 (Vic) which, amongst other things, regulates the grant of licences and authorities within components of the CAR Reserve System.
