Examples of Mining Claims in a sentence
All interests in mining, exploration and prospecting claims, authorizations, concessions, patents, exploitation or extraction or similar rights (collectively, “Mining Claims”) of the Company that are held by the Company (including the Mining Claims held by the Company in respect of the Material Property), are in good standing, are valid and enforceable, are free and clear of any material Liens except otherwise as set out in the Public Disclosure Documents.
The Mining Claims are not located in any environmental conservation unit, whether ‘full protection units’ or ‘sustainable use units’, nor in their buffer zones, or in Aboriginal protection areas.
