Work performed under this solicitation may fall under the State of Delaware Minimum Wage Rates or the Delaware Prevailing Wage rates.
WAGE RATES, HOURS OF LABOR AND PAYMENT OF WAGES The schedule of "Minimum Wage Rates" attached hereto and made a part hereof furnishes the prevailing wage rates that have been determined pursuant to Section 103.50 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
