Minimum Uptime Percentage definition

Minimum Uptime Percentage means 99.9%.
Minimum Uptime Percentage means the minimum Uptime Percentage (as defined in the Service Level Agreement) identified in the Sales Order and Documentation for each Managed Service licensed by Customer. Development (QA) Instances and Stage Instances have no guaranteed Minimum Uptime Percentage.
Minimum Uptime Percentage means the minimum Uptime Percentage (as defined in the Service Level Agreement) identified in the applicable Product Description for each Managed Service licensed by Customer. Generic Non-Production Instances have no guaranteed Minimum Uptime Percentage.

Examples of Minimum Uptime Percentage in a sentence

  • If during any full calendar month of the term of the Agreement, the Uptime Percentage for a Covered Service is lower than the Minimum Uptime Percentage, and Customer notifies Adobe in writing (through Customer’s CSM, as applicable, or Adobe Customer Care) about such Downtime within 30 days of the Downtime, Adobe shall provide Customer with a service credit for that Covered Service in accordance with the table below in Section 3.2 (“Service Credit”).

  • Except as provided in section 4 below, any Service Credits provided pursuant to this Service Level Agreement will constitute Adobe’s sole liability and Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any failure to achieve the Minimum Uptime Percentage.

  • Failure to achieve the Minimum Uptime Percentage for the Covered Service will result in the Service Credit % applicable to each Covered Service, subject to a maximum cumulative Service Credit % of 25% of total Monthly Fees for the Covered Service (regardless of the number of individual service failures in the applicable month).

Minimum Uptime Percentage means the minimum Uptime Percentage (as defined in the Service LevelAgreement) for each Cloud Service licensed by Customer.
Minimum Uptime Percentage means that the Managed Services are Operational during 99.99% of any given calendar month for Magento Commerce Pro: Cloud or during 99.9% of any given calendar month for Magento Commerce Starter: Cloud. The Minimum Uptime Percentage commitment does not apply to Customers who have licensed Magento Commerce Pro: On-premise Software. For clarity, the calculation of the Minimum Uptime Percentage shall not include Downtime attributable to (i) failure to deploy the Managed Services according to the Documentation; (ii) failure to ensure that Customer Content is being successfully cached in the page cache, (iii) planned downtime or maintenance; (iv) outages or failure of other components not within Magento’s control; (v) factors outside the reasonable control of Magento including but not limited to force majeure, general internet outages, or problems beyond the Managed Services provided by Magento; (vi) problems resulting from either Customer’s or Customer’s Implementation Team or Development Consultant’s actions or inactions, including without limitation problems resulting from Customer Content, Modifications, Customer Customizations, Third-Party Services, Third-Party Content or any issues caused by or arising from configuration of the On-premise Software or errant or problematic code; or (vii) issues that impact elements of the Managed Services outside of the Production Environment.
Minimum Uptime Percentage means the meaning ascribed to it in the applicable Service Level Exhibit found at http://www.adobe.com/legal/service-commitments.html or a successor website thereto.
Minimum Uptime Percentage means the percentage set forth in the SKU description for the Covered Service, as detailed in the Sales Order and AEM Managed Services Product Description.
Minimum Uptime Percentage means, for the applicable Alteryx Cloud Services, the minimum Uptime Percentage specified in Section 3 of this SLA for such Alteryx Cloud Services.

  • Uptime Percentage means Uptime expressed as a percentage, calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • Monthly Uptime Percentage means total number of minutes in a calendar month minus the number of minutes of Downtime suffered in a calendar month, divided by the total number of minutes in a calendar month.

  • Minimum Dilution Reserve Percentage means, at any time of determination, the product (expressed as a percentage and rounded to the nearest 1/100th of 1%, with 5/1000th of 1% rounded upward) of (a) the average of the Dilution Ratios for the twelve (12) most recent Fiscal Months, multiplied by (b) the Dilution Horizon Ratio.
