Minimum Transfer Amount definition

Minimum Transfer Amount means, with respect to a party, the amount specified as such for that party in Paragraph 13; if no amount is specified, zero.
Minimum Transfer Amount means USD 100,000 with respect to Party A and Party B; provided, however, that if the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Certificates and the aggregate principal balance of the Notes rated by S&P is at the time of any transfer less than USD 50,000,000, the “Minimum Transfer Amount” shall be USD 50,000.
Minimum Transfer Amount means, with respect to Party A and Party B, CAD 50,000; provided, that if (1) an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing with respect to Party A, or (2) an Additional Termination Event has occurred in respect of which Party A is an Affected Party, the Minimum Transfer Amount with respect to such party shall be zero.
