Minimum Sum definition

Minimum Sum means the sum specified in paragraph 3 of Annex 8;

Minimum Sum. , in relation to a member, means the minimum sum referred to in section 15(6)(a) that is applicable to the member;

Minimum Sum means the minimum sum or sums set out in Schedule 2.

More Definitions of Minimum Sum

Minimum Sum means the sum referred to in section 15 (6);
