Maximum State of Charge means the maximum State of Charge that should not be exceeded, measured in units of megawatt-hours. Merchant A.C. Transmission Facilities: “Merchant A.C. Transmission Facility” shall mean Merchant Transmission Facilities that are alternating current (A.C.) transmission facilities, other than those that are Controllable A.C. Merchant Transmission Facilities. Merchant D.C. Transmission Facilities: “Merchant D.C. Transmission Facilities” shall mean direct current (D.C.) transmission facilities that are interconnected with the Transmission System pursuant to Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part
State of Charge means the operating parameter that represents the quantity of physical energy stored (measured in units of megawatt-hours) in an Energy Storage Resource Model Participant in proportion to its maximum State of Charge capability. State of Charge is quantified as defined in the PJM Manuals.
State of Charge (SOC) means the available electrical charge in a REESS expressed as a percentage of its rated capacity.
State minimum standards means minimum requirements
the LA means the local authority covering the area in which the Academy is situated;
County-adjusted property tax base per square mile means the county-adjusted property tax base divided by the number of square miles of land area in the county.
State tax means the tax levied under this Act;
State of Registry means, in respect of an aircraft, the State on the national register of which an aircraft is entered or the State of location of the common mark registering authority maintaining the aircraft register.
Current state fiscal year means the state fiscal year for which a particular calculation is made.
resident of a Contracting State means any person who, under the laws of that State, is liable to tax therein by reason of his domicile, residence, place of management or any other criterion of a similar nature, and also includes that State and any political subdivision or local authority thereof. This term, however, does not include any person who is liable to tax in that State in respect only of income from sources in that State.
Certificate of Final Completion means the certificate issued by A/E that documents, to the best of A/E’s knowledge and understanding, Contractor’s completion of all Contractor’s Punchlist items and pre-final Punchlist items, final cleanup and Contractor’s provision of Record Documents, operations and maintenance manuals, and all other closeout documents required by the Contract Documents.
Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in-charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;
State of principal license means a member state where a physician holds a license to practice medicine and which has been designated as such by the physician for purposes of registration and participation in the Compact.
