Minimum Signage Threshold definition

Minimum Signage Threshold means that the Original Tenant and/or its Permitted Transferee Assignee shall not have, in the aggregate, subleased (pursuant to a sublease or subleases then in effect) more than, twenty-five percent (25%) of the rentable square footage of the then-existing Premises.

  • Threshold means, with respect to Party B and any Valuation Date, infinity.

  • Minimum Condition has the meaning set forth in Annex I.
