Minimum Period of Service definition

Minimum Period of Service means a period of 12 consecutive months beginning on the Service Start Date, unless set out otherwise in any applicable Order.
Minimum Period of Service or “Subscription Term” means the minimum service term (beginning on the Service Start Date) during which a Service will be provided by BT as set out in a Schedule or Order.
Minimum Period of Service means a period of time beginning on the OSD during which a Service will be provided by BT as specified in a Schedule or Order.

Examples of Minimum Period of Service in a sentence

  • The Minimum Period of Service is one (1) year unless otherwise specified in this tariff or mutually agreed upon by contract.

  • Upon expiry of the Minimum Period of Service, the Services will automatically continue based on our prevailing rates without any notice to you, until terminated in accordance with these Service Specific Terms and Conditions.

More Definitions of Minimum Period of Service

Minimum Period of Service means a period of consecutive months as set out in the Order beginning on the Minimum Period Start Date.
