Minimum Monthly Fee definition

Minimum Monthly Fee is defined in Exhibit A.
Minimum Monthly Fee means the then-current monthly fee for maintaining your membership in the Interchange System as charged by PRI.

More Definitions of Minimum Monthly Fee

Minimum Monthly Fee means a fee equal to the Maximum Amount multiplied by the percentage specified on Exhibit A.
