Minimum Hourly Rate definition

Minimum Hourly Rate means a minimum hourly rate of $30.00 per hour for each FTE employed as part of Company’s expansion of its operations in Grand Island. The hourly rate shall be determined by dividing the total wages and salaries paid to FTE’s by two thousand eighty (2,080).
Minimum Hourly Rate means the minimum basic hourly rate of pay applicable to a specific job as reflected in “Annexure A”;
Minimum Hourly Rate means the hourly rate as set out in Schedule 1 of this Agreement applicable to your classification.

  • Hourly Rate means the proposed fully loaded maximum hourly rates that include travel, per diem, fringe benefits and any overhead costs for contractor personnel, as well as subcontractor personnel if appropriate.

  • Hourly Rates means payment on the basis of time reasonably spent on a case (as opposed to payment by way of a Standard Fee) where payment is based on the rates set out in the Remuneration Regulations;

  • Minimum Hourly Work Requirement means the work hours over a given time period that are required of you by your Employer in order to be eligible for coverage. Your Minimum Hourly Work Requirement is specified in the Schedule of Benefits.

  • Minimum Payment means the amount of minimum payment as stated in the Fee Schedule;

For combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the time period after the first combustion turbine generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, and the last generator breaker opening as measured by PJM’s State Estimator.

  • Minimum Balance Requirements You must maintain a minimum daily balance of $2,000.00 in your Money Market Savings account to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield.
