Minimum Experience definition

Minimum Experience means that such Person (a) has at least ten (10) years’ experience in the ownership or management of properties with similar size, scope, class, use and value as the Properties and (b) has, for at least ten (10) years prior to its acquisition of an interest in the Properties, directly or indirectly, owned, operated or managed at least twenty (20) properties similar in size, scope, class, use and value as the Properties which comprise in the aggregate at least 5,000,000 leasable square feet.
Minimum Experience means having successfully completed a minimum of five (5) years’ experience on projects similar in size and scope of the type of work required for this project; being familiar with special requirements indicated; and having complied with requirements of authorities having jurisdiction.
