Minimum Exercise Amount definition

Minimum Exercise Amount means the Minimum Exercise Amount as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

Minimum Exercise Amount means the amount (if any) specified as such in the Swap Agreement or, as the case may be, the Final Terms.

Section 7.12. Quotation Amount. “Quotation Amount” means an amount selected by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion, subject to a minimum of the Minimum Quotation Amount and a maximum of the Maximum Quotation Amount. Section 7.13. Minimum and Maximum Quotation Amount. “Minimum Quotation Amount” means the amount specified as such in the Swap Agreement or, as the case may be, the Final Terms or, if no such amount is specified, U.S.$1,000,000.

Minimum Exercise Amount means the minimum amount of Certificates that may be exercised, specified in the applicable Final Terms.

Minimum Exercise Amount means 20% of the total number of the shares of Common Stock with respect to which Warrants issued pursuant to the Warrant Agreement could be exercised (including, for the avoidance of doubt, Warrants that were previously exercised), adjusted as described in Section 13 hereof.
