Minimum Control Measure definition

Minimum Control Measure means the measures as described by EPA, when implemented in concert, are expected to result in significant reductions of pollutants discharged into receiving water bodies.
Minimum Control Measure or “MCM” means any minimum control measure required under the MS4 Permit.
Minimum Control Measure or “MCM” means the minimum measures required by this rule to ensure that, once implemented, storm water quality meets the minimum water quality standards. There are currently six (6) MCMs that include the following:

  • The Steering Committee, assisted by the CCRPC and its contractors, shall implement a unified Program that satisfies the relevant requirements of Minimum Control Measure One (Public Education and Outreach) and Minimum Control Measure Two (Public Involvement and Participation) of the MS4 Permit.

  • The CCRPC, in consultation with the Steering Committee, shall competitively bid for contract(s) for Program services that collectively satisfy the requirements for Minimum Control Measure One (Public Outreach and Education) and Minimum Control Measure Two (Public Involvement and Participation) of the Phase II NPDES Permit then in effect.

  • Permit Minimum Control Measure (MCM) #1 Public Education and Outreach, and MCM #2 Public Participation and Involvement, at the City’s request, the District shall provide funding to Cuyahoga County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) for services agreed upon between Cuyahoga County SWCD and the District.

  • In general, the Steering Committee shall competitively bid for contract(s) for Program Services that collectively satisfy the requirements for Minimum Control Measure One (“Public Education and Outreach”) of the Phase II NPDES Permit for Program Years 2013 – 2018 as established by the MS4 Permit and as defined in Section 5.

  • The Steering Committee, assisted by the Lead Agency and contractors, will implement a media advertising campaign and provide stormwater education services that satisfy the requirements of Minimum Control Measure One (“Public Education and Outreach”) of the Phase II NPDES Permit for Program Years 2013 – 2018), as established by the MS4 Permit, in accordance with Section 5.a..

  • This report must include but is not limited to detailed reporting of Regional Permit implementation costs, implementation of Regional Permit Minimum Control Measure Programs, non-stormwater prohibition effectiveness, and Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) implementation and compliance.

  • VTDEC determines that the Program outlined in this Agreement does not meet the relevant requirements for Minimum Control Measure One (Public Education and Outreach) or Minimum Control Measure Two (Public Involvement and Participation), and the parties to this Agreement are unable to craft a Program to satisfy VTDEC.

  • The County will continue to maintain these water quality control structures as described in the County SWMP (Minimum Control Measure for Storm Water Pollution Prevention and Good House Keeping) and consistent with the design standards of the constructed BMP.

  • Permit Minimum Control Measure (MCM) #1 Public Education and Outreach, and MCM #2 Public Participation and Involvement, at the City/Village/Township’s request, the District shall provide funding to {Name County} County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) for services agreed upon between {Name County} SWCD and the District.

  • The Board will provide the City an annual summary of the work that was performed as it relates to Minimum Control Measure (MCM) #3: Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination and MCM #6: Good Housekeeping/Pollution Prevention for Municipal Operations to be included in the City’s Phase II Stormwater Annual report to the Ohio EPA.

Related to Minimum Control Measure

  • Control measure means any best management practice or stormwater facility, or other method used to minimize the discharge of pollutants to state waters.

  • Noise Control Measures means measures to reduce the noise emissions from the Facility and/or Equipment

  • Equity Conditions Measuring Period means each day during the period beginning twenty (20) Trading Days prior to the applicable date of determination and ending on and including the applicable date of determination.

  • Adjusted Term SOFR Rate means, for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the Term SOFR Rate for such Interest Period, plus (b) 0.10%; provided that if the Adjusted Term SOFR Rate as so determined would be less than the Floor, such rate shall be deemed to be equal to the Floor for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • Flip-In Trigger Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(iii) hereof.
