Minimum Contract Period definition

Minimum Contract Period means the number of months specified in the Order Form commencing on the date stated therein;
Minimum Contract Period means a period of twenty four (24) months from the commencement of the Contract or such other period as may be stated in the Application Form.
Minimum Contract Period means the period specified in your Service Order that starts from the Service Commencement Date.

More Definitions of Minimum Contract Period

Minimum Contract Period means the minimum period of each Contract as specified in clause 3.2 commencing on the applicable Available Date, for which the Requesting Operator shall pay monthly recurrent charges to the Providing Operator in accordance with this Agreement. “Network” of a Party means the fixed telecommunications network of that Party operated, established and maintained by that Party in accordance with its FCL/UCL Licence.
Minimum Contract Period means a period of twelve months from the commencement of the Contract or such other period as may be stated in the Contract.
