Minimum Capital Investment definition

Minimum Capital Investment has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(B).
Minimum Capital Investment. Means Capital Investment of at least Three Billion Five Hundred Million Dollars ($3,500,000,000).
Minimum Capital Investment means the investment required by Section 17, 18, or 19 of this Act to qualify for incentives. Capital investments proposed or made that are not an integral or necessary part of a project shall be excluded for purposes of determining the minimum capital investment;

Examples of Minimum Capital Investment in a sentence

  • The Minimum Capital Investment shall not include the costs of maintenance, operation, management, security personnel, or repair of the Recreational Improvements, nor shall Minimum Capital Investment include Lessee’s costs with respect to the Compliance Approval Process pursuant to Section 8 below.

  • If the actual Capital Investment, as certified by the Concessionaire, is less than the Minimum Capital Investment, Concessionaire agrees to pay to City, within thirty (30) days of such determination, the difference between the actual Capital Investment and the Minimum Capital Investment.

  • However, if the actual Capital Investment, as certified by Concessionaire, is less than the Minimum Capital Investment and Concessionaire delivers to City the initial construction, furnishings and equipment of the Premises, as reflected in the Approved Project, City agrees to waive its right to the difference between the actual Capital Investment and Minimum Capital Investment.

  • If the cost to complete the Recreational Improvements in accordance with working drawings and specifications approved by the Chief Executive Office pursuant to Section 6.3 is greater than the Minimum Capital Investment, Lessee shall remain responsible for the costs of the Recreational Improvements at no expense to City.

  • For purpose of this Section 6.2, “substantially complete” means that 90% of the Recreational Improvements (measured as a percentage of the Minimum Capital Investment excluding construction holdbacks) are usable and open to the public.


More Definitions of Minimum Capital Investment

Minimum Capital Investment is defined as one million (US $1,000,000) dollars, secured by the company, in the aggregate, in either debt or equity financing.
Minimum Capital Investment means an investment by the taxpayer and the lessor to the taxpayer of ten million dollars ($10,000,000), during the investment period, in a building or buildings, either newly constructed, expanded, or remodeled. The minimum capital investment may include, but is not limited to, the purchase price of an existing building and the cost of building materials, labor, equipment, furniture, fixtures, computer software, parking facilities and landscaping, but shall not include land or inventory;
Minimum Capital Investment for purposes of maintenance of a viable presence means the total capitalized costs of the Applicant of improvements and tangible personal property added to the facility to which this tax limitation agreement applies (but not including land) that are the subject of the Agreement.
Minimum Capital Investment means a Capital Investment of at least Sixty million Dollars ($60,000,000) in the Project as required by MCA § 27-31-104(a);
Minimum Capital Investment means a minimum capital investment by Requirement" the Concessionaire in the first 15 Contract Years following the Effective Date of not less than US$150,000,000 (expressed as a nominal amount) in the System;
