Minimum Capacity definition

Minimum Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.

More Definitions of Minimum Capacity

Minimum Capacity means the greater of (a) 39.95 MW and (b) the aggregate capacity of the Projects after accounting for the Incremental ESAs, if any.
