Minimum Call definition

Minimum Call means the amount under the heading "Minimum Call" opposite the then current Standard & Poors credit rating of Enron as set forth in Exhibit A hereto.

Minimum Call. For each type of call, the minimum compensation shall be four (4) consecutive hours at the applicable rate of pay.

  • Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.

  • Minimum Acceptable Price with respect to any Put Notice Date shall mean seventy-five percent (75%) of the lowest closing bid prices for the ten (10) Trading Day period immediately preceding such Put Notice Date.

  • Contract Minimum Investment Requirement means, with respect to the Project, investment by the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates of at least $10,000,000 in Economic Development Property subject (non-exempt) to ad valorem taxation (in the absence of this Fee Agreement).
