Mineral Reserves definition

Mineral Reserves means proven and probable mineral reserves (or their equivalent) as defined under any Approved Standard;
Mineral Reserves means the economically mineable part of a Measured or Indicated Resource demonstrated by at least a preliminary feasibility study. This study must include adequate information on mining, processing, metallurgical, economic and other relevant factors that demonstrate, at the time of reporting, that economic extraction can be justified. A Mineral Reserve includes diluting materials and allowances for losses that may occur when the material is mined.
Mineral Reserves means the mineral reserves that have been estimated for the Project in accordance with the Canadian National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) and the guidelines set out in the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (the “CIM”) Standards on Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserves, adopted by the CIM Council on November 14, 2004 and November 27, 2010;

Mineral Reserves. Mineral Reserves" shall mean all mineral reserves and deposits to which Buyer is entitled as owner of the Real Property and the Mining Claims.

Definition of these reserves shall also observe the equivalence between the concepts of measured and indicated reserves as established in the Brazilian Law and the concepts of “measured resources” and “indicated resources”, respectively, as defined in accordance with the National Instrument 43-101, issued by the CSA – Canadian Securities Administration, which is internationally acknowledged and broadly used for purposes of defining mineral resources and reserves, which concepts may not be mistaken for the concepts of “proven reserves” and "probable reserves” defined in the same rule, which do not apply to the scope of the investment program defined in Section V below.
