Mineral Claims definition

Mineral Claims means the mineral claims granted for the mining of vanadium and titanium particulars whereof are set out in the Sixth Schedule hereto and the ground the subject thereof and all mining rights, titles or tenements whatsoever (including any extensions and renewals thereof) whether in substitution therefor or in lieu thereof and whether relating to the same, more or less ground, as the case may be;
Mineral Claims means those as described in Schedule “A” hereto.
Mineral Claims means the mineral claims described in Schedule A to this Agreement, including: (i) any replacement or successor claims; and (ii) all mining leases and other mining interests derived from any such claims;

Examples of Mineral Claims in a sentence

  • If, during the Option Period, the Optionee or any of its Affiliates contemplates recording or otherwise acquiring any interest in AOI Rights, prior to staking such AOI Rights, the Optionee shall forthwith give notice to the Optionors of such potential recording or acquisition, the costs thereof and all details in its possession with respect to the nature of the Mineral Claims and the known mineralization thereon.

  • Following such notice of abandonment under this Section 4.6, the Mineral Claims so transferred or abandoned will thereafter cease to form part of the Property and will no longer be subject to this Agreement, except with respect to any obligations or liabilities of the Parties as have accrued to the date of such transfer or abandonment and subject to performing any reclamation on the abandoned Mineral Claims or providing a bond to provide for future payment of such reclamation requirements.

  • During the Option Period, the Optionors, or any of their respective Affiliates, will remain the registered holder of the Mineral Claims comprising the Property as of the Effective Date.

  • Each Optionor or the Optionee, to the extent that it is the recorded holder of any Mineral Claims comprising the Property, will hold title to the Property subject to this Agreement.

  • If, during the Option Period, the Optionors or any of their respective Affiliates (an “Acquiring Party”) records or otherwise acquires any interest in Mineral Claims located wholly or partly within the Area of Interest (the “AOI Rights”), the Acquiring Party shall forthwith give notice to the Optionee of such recording or acquisition, the costs thereof and all details in its possession with respect to the nature of the Mineral Claims and the known mineralization thereon.


More Definitions of Mineral Claims

Mineral Claims means those as described in Schedule “A” hereto, as well as all additional mineral properties acquired pursuant to Article 8 hereof.
Mineral Claims means those mineral claims comprising the Property, as described in Schedule A and other documents of title, including replacement or substitute forms of documents of title, by virtue of which the holder is entitled to explore for, develop, produce, mine, recover, remove or dispose of minerals from on or within the lands comprising the Mineral Claims.

Mineral Claims means those mineral claim(s) comprising the Property, as described in Schedule “A” hereto.
Mineral Claims means all interests in material mining claims, concessions, exploration, reconnaissance, exploitation or extraction rights, surface rights, subsurface rights or similar rights, that are held by the MxXxxx Copper Companies;
