Millennium Trust Chain Assets definition

Millennium Trust Chain Assets means collectively, the Millennium Trust Assets and the assets of, and Equity Interests, in the MCI Subsidiaries.
Millennium Trust Chain Assets means collectively, the Millennium Trust Assets and the assets of, and Equity Interests, in the MCI Subsidiaries, MSC, MPI, MPCO, Quantum Pipeline Company, Equistar Polypropylene, Equistar Transportation Company, LLC and Equistar Funding Corporation; provided, however, that for the avoidance of doubt, the fact that the assets of MSC, MPI and MPCO are part of the Millennium Trust Chain Assets does not affect the distributions to be made to holders of Allowed Senior/Bridge Guarantee Claims pursuant to Section 4.9(b)(A)(i).

  • The Trustee shall further provide an annual report to the Trust Advisory Board containing a valuation of the Millennium Trust Chain Assets held by the Trust as of the date of such report.

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;

  • Securitization Trust means a trust formed pursuant to a Securitization pursuant to which one or more of the Notes are held.

  • CLO Asset Manager means, with respect to any Securitization Vehicle that is a CLO, the entity that is responsible for managing or administering the underlying assets of such Securitization Vehicle or, if applicable, the assets of any Intervening Trust Vehicle (including, without limitation, the right to exercise any consent and control rights available to the Directing Holder).

  • Non-Lead Securitization means any Securitization of a Note in a Securitization Trust other than the Lead Securitization.

  • Liquidating Trust Assets means the assets of a Debtor or Debtor-Controlled Entity to be transferred to a Liquidating Trust as may be determined by the Plan Administrator, which shall be described in a Liquidating Trust Agreement.

  • Lead Securitization Date means the closing date of the Lead Securitization.
