Military member definition

Military member means a member of the Armed Forces.

Military member means any member of the Virginia National Guard, or the United States Armed Forces, Merchant Marine, or Coast Guard, who is currently serving on active duty or who expects to be on active duty at the time of a particular mass meeting or convention.
