Examples of Milestone Payment Date in a sentence
In the event that the Milestone Payment Date shall not be a Business Day, then (notwithstanding any provision of this CVR Agreement or the Securities to the contrary) payment on the Securities need not be made on such date, but may be made, without the accrual of any interest thereon, on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on the Milestone Payment Date.
Such amounts shall be considered paid on the Milestone Payment Date if on or prior to such date the Company makes, or causes to be made, the payment required pursuant to Section 3.1(c) of this CVR Agreement.
Such payments shall be made by the Company on the Milestone Payment Date, as defined in the CVR Agreement referred to on the reverse hereof, in accordance with the terms of the CVR Agreement.
The Series 2017 Bonds Debt Service Reserve Sub-Account shall be funded (i) on the SC Milestone Payment Date, from available amounts on deposit in the Construction Account (subject to the Tax Regulatory Agreement) pursuant to Section 5.02(e) or from other amounts available to the Borrower, in an amount equal to the Series 2017 Bonds Debt Service Reserve Required Balance (as calculated on such date) and (ii) thereafter in accordance with clause “Eighth” of Section 5.03(b).
In the event that a Milestone Payment Date shall not be a Business Day, then, notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, any payment required to be made in respect of the CVRs on such date need not be made on such date, but may be made on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on the applicable Milestone Payment Date.
