Milestone End Date definition

Milestone End Date means a date set out in Schedule B by which the Applicant will have completed the activities related to a Milestone;
Milestone End Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(b)(iii)(B).
Milestone End Date means the earlier of: (A) the date on which the last to occur of the Milestone Events occurs; or (B) the date on which the Participating Securityholders no longer have any right to receive payments pursuant to Section 1.7 as a result of the occurrence of the last to occur of the Milestone Termination Dates and the absence of any right to receive Milestone Payments pursuant to Section 1.7(i).

Examples of Milestone End Date in a sentence

  • The Applicant shall complete the Project by the last Milestone End Date specified in Schedule B.

  • Should an unforeseen exceptional circumstance arise whereby it is not possible to meet the deliverables or deadlines set out in any Milestone, or whereby the Applicant may desire Alberta Innovates to approve a material change to the Project, the Applicant may request a change or amendment to this Investment Agreement by contacting Alberta Innovates’ representative for project matters set out in Article 12 Notices no later than two (2) weeks prior to the next Milestone End Date.

Related to Milestone End Date

  • Milestone means an event or task described in the Implementation Plan which must be completed by the corresponding date set out in such plan;

  • Milestones means control points in the project that help to chart progress. Milestones may correspond to the completion of a key deliverable, allowing the next phase of the work to begin. They may also be needed at intermediary points so that, if problems have arisen, corrective measures can be taken. A milestone may be a critical decision point in the project where, for example, the consortium must decide which of several technologies to adopt for further development.

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.
