Supervisors will inform bargaining unit members of their progress towards meeting the expectations for promotion and/or tenure using Periodic Review of Faculty, as described in Article XV, and, if applicable, the Midterm Review.
The Midterm Review shall cover, among other things: (i) progress made in meeting the Project’s objective; and (ii) overall Project performance against Project performance indicators.
